          You’d think a house like that would overshadow its neighbors in a cozy pocket of homes just northwest of Colorado State University’s Fort Collins campus, but it’s quite the opposite.

          It fits in alongside a smattering of two- and three-story mini mansions on CSU’s Greek row.

          The only thing that sets Wagner Drive apart today is its lack of Greek letters. While surrounding homes are fraternity and sorority houses adorned with giant chis, phis, deltas and omegas, a sign in front of the Wagner house labels it “The Lighthouse.”
